As a vendor selling a property you must provide a Section 32 Statement (Vendor’s Statement).
We will prepare the Section 32 in accordance with your instructions and forward it promptly to your chosen Real Estate Agent.
We can only prepare the Section 32 based upon the information you provide, therefore you need to ensure you disclose full details of the property, we will guide you through the requirements.
Once the Contract of Sale has been signed we will arrange the discharge of mortgage, caveats (where applicable), liaise with mortgagees, caveators, council and water authorities to ascertain final settlement figures.
