Upon receipt of your instructions and Contract and Section 32 from your agent we review the documents to ensure the Contract and Section 32 contain all of the necessary information.
Our correspondence to you will outline any restrictive covenants, encumbrances or outstanding items to be attended to.
Enclosed in our documentation will be a number of documents for you to sign and return promptly to our office.
If you are applying for a loan you will need to ensure you keep our office informed of your finance application and provide us with confirmation of approval or instructions should you require an extension of finance before your finance date lapses.
We will liaise with mortgagee to co-ordinate settlement on your behalf.
